If you decide to proceed with the event booking, I'll lock in the dates for you and confirm the event timings once you sign-off on the quote.If needed, we can schedule any tech-runs, full-dress rehearsals or site recces.
Share the event's script & rundown with me at least 1 week prior and I'll familiarize myself with it and look through to ensure that the event will flow seamlessly. We will also discuss the moving segments here and confirm any names and designations.
I'll arrive 1 hour before the event to ensure that we can conduct a final AV check and confirm any last-minute details. After that, it's time for a great event together!
